The package came with individually wrapped tea lights properly inserted in the log. Unwrap and reinsert, place the log in fireplace, and light. Quietly twelve flames enlivened a formerly dark hole in my living room. The tea lights did not flicker; the spacing between them was a constant. The look was therefore somewhat monotonous. Still I found them worth a long gaze. Blowing them all off took a couple of seconds and a regular lung volume. Twelve thin strands of smoke ended the spectacle.

I have been looking for a fireplace candle holder for a long time and am so happy I found this one. It is very realistic looking in my fireplace and is beautiful when lit. I got it for summertime use but I think it will be great in the winter also on those nights when it's too much trouble to light a fire. I recently bought some scented tealights and I think that will make the whole room very cozy. Great product and the service was great also.
