The Sod Buster is an excellent knife. The blade holds an edge well, stays centered in the handle, and has no side to side slop that poorer quality knifes develop after use. It is a quality knife made in the U.S.A. at a reasonable price. Just make sure the shape of the blade fits your needs. The Sod Buster Jr. are available at Lowe's for around $16.

I love this knife. I had one that i received as a gift from my father and used it daily. Its nice that its more of a pairing knife that folds than a normal spear point knife. The blade holds its edge very well, and I loved the size and feel of it. My only desire of it would be that they make one with a bone handle instead of the synthetic plastic. It would make it feel a lot more classy.

Unfortunately one of the cleaning people at work stole mine off of my desk, so I now have to replace it because I loved it so much.
